Run your market.
Not your inbox.
STOA gives organizers one place to collect applications, curate your vendor mix, and run market day. Approval emails with Venmo payment links built right in.

Market Ops โ the live dashboard
Sound familiar?
This is how most organizers run applications today. Every single season.
The old way
- โGoogle Form dumps 47 responses into a spreadsheet you have to manually sort
- โVendor DMs you on Instagram asking if they got in. You haven't checked yet
- โYou approve someone over email, they ghost you, you don't notice for two weeks
- โThree vendors sell jam. You approved all three before you realized
- โSomeone asks about the refund policy. You've answered this 11 times already
- โPayment comes in via Venmo and you dig through your phone to match the name
- โMarket is in 4 days. You still have 12 vendors you forgot to follow up with
With STOA
- โOne link. All applications come in organized, categorized, and ready to review
- โVendors get a confirmation the moment they apply. They stop DMing you
- โYou approve someone and they get an email with everything they need instantly
- โMarket mix panel shows you have 3 jam vendors before you approve a 4th
- โMarket FAQ lives on the application page so vendors read it before they apply
- โPayment link in the approval email. Vendor pays in one tap.
- โWaitlist is ordered and visible. You always know who is next in line
How it works
From first application to market day in three steps.
Create your market
Add your market name, date, and location. STOA generates a shareable application link instantly. No setup required.
Vendors apply
Vendors fill out a simple form and select their category. Jewelry, food, plants, and more. No account needed on their end.
Approve and run market day
Approve vendors, send approval emails with Venmo payment links in one click. Switch to Market Ops to track payments and message your vendors.
Everything an organizer needs
Designed around how markets actually work. Not how software companies think they work.
One shareable link
Each market gets its own application URL. Post it on Instagram, your website, or email it directly. Vendors apply without creating an account.
Vendor mix at a glance
See exactly how many jewelry vendors vs. food vendors vs. plant sellers have applied. Make balanced decisions before you approve anyone.
Approval emails with Venmo and Zelle built in
When you approve a vendor, send them an email with your Venmo handle or Zelle info pre-linked. They pay in one tap, and you can send a payment reminder if they haven't yet.
Booth sizes with spot limits
Set your own booth sizes, prices, and capacity per size. Once a size is full, you know exactly who's left to place on the waitlist.
Custom application questions
Ask vendors what you actually need to know, insurance, power needs, product photos, whatever matters for your market.
Message all your vendors at once
Select your approved vendors and send a bulk update in seconds. Setup reminders, day-of changes, parking notes, anything.
Duplicate a market in one click
Running the same market next month? Copy an old market's venue, booth sizes, and questions, then just set the new date.
Private by default
Your applicant list is visible only to you. Vendors submit their application and get a confirmation. They never see each other.
Common questions
Free during early access. STOA is actively being built, and organizers who join now are our founding partners. When paid plans launch, early partners will get a lifetime discount as a thank-you for being here first.
No. STOA is designed for organizers, not engineers. If you can run a market, you can use STOA.
No. Vendors just visit your application link and fill out the form. No sign-up, no password, no friction.
Yes. Each market gets its own dashboard and application link. You can manage a spring market and a fall market side by side.
From Market Ops, select your approved vendors and hit Send Approval Email. They get an email with market details, your Venmo payment link, and a Google Calendar invite.
Not during early access. Collect as many applications as your market gets.
Yes. Each market has an on/off toggle for accepting applications. When you close it, the application form shows a closed message to new visitors.
STOA is in active development, but core workflows like applications, approvals, and vendor communication are fully functional. We're working closely with a small group of organizers to improve the product quickly. If you have feedback or requests, you can submit them directly inside the dashboard.
